Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact us via email WaxFairyEscondido@gmail.com or text 619-736-3374 at least 24 hours in advance to get a full deposit refund. If cancellation is within the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, client forfeits the deposit paid. No show appointments will be charged the full amount for that scheduled service missed. Despite our reminders, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to remember their appointment date and times to avoid tardy/missed appointments, and being charged according to our policy.
